Charming group of houses form main part of small hamlet in pretty part of Dordogne. The only other houses in the hamlet are an additional property belonging to the same owners (who live in the nearby town of Beaumont), and one neighbour. The garden and pool are shared between the three part property, but each has own sitting area. The lovely, well-established garden provides a range of shady and sunny spots, both secluded and with views of surrounding scenery. Attractive oval shaped private pool 9m x 5m x 1-3m depth, with natural stone paving and roman steps in sunny position to rear of main house. Protected by immersion alarm and fence. BBQ. 

Main house sleeps 7:

• Large open plan living room (small TV, video, CD player) dining and kitchen areas with open fireplace.
• On same ground floor level is Bed 1: double, en suite bathroom, both spacious, furnished in antique style. Sep WC.
• Open tread stairs from living room to Bed 2: double and Bed 3: double plus wide single sleigh bed.
• Second bathroom and WC.
• Door from kitchen to garden and pool.

Studio sleeps 2:

• A converted stone outbuilding.
• One large room with double bed, dining area and doors to patio;
• Two steps up to small kitchen and well-equipped shower room with WC.
• Door from kitchen to studio’s own grassy garden area and path to pool.

Second house sleeps 6/7:

• Kitchen with dinning table, open fire and doors to outside terrace, ideal as a cool retreat on hot days.
• Bathroom.
• Living room with TV and a further dining table.
• Three first floor bedrooms built into the eaves with low headroom.
• Bed 1: double, Bed 2: double, Bed 3: 3 singles.
• First floor Bath/WC.

Please note that for bookings of 7 people or under only the main house is opened.
