All ground floor rooms open onto the pool terrace or onto the river terrace. At the heart of the house is the large fitted and very well equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, cafetiere and toaster) with a large wood table for breakfast. The lovely, large dining room is separated from the kitchen by a two sided fireplace which can be used as a barbecue or for an open fire. Along the corridor is the beautifully decorated lounge with a fireplace, flat screen satellite television, DVD and Hi-Fi. Separate wc. The main stone staircase leads to three bedrooms; the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, a shower room and wc. From the kitchen, a conservatory leads to the laundry room and beyond to a wonderful bar/lounge with fireplace, and a double bedroom with en suite shower room and wc.
