With frontage on a lane leading to a small hamlet, Incombas is a pretty single storey property set in 13 hectares of superb grounds and gardens to the rear.  It has been tastefully furnished and is very well equipped throughout.  Whilst enjoying a peaceful position, it is well located for visiting the nearby towns including the picturesque town of Brantôme, locally known as little Venice.

The entrance opens into a hallway which leads to the cosy central living/dining room with original beamed ceiling, comfortable seating around an open fireplace and attractive dining furniture. There is also satellite television, DVD, CD player and French doors. The modern kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer. The Master bedroom suite is on one side of the property with a bathroom en suite and two twin bedrooms on the other side share a separate shower room.

The heated swimming pool (approximately 10 x 5 m) is set in the lawned gardens and has Roman steps.  It has poolside lighting and is surrounded by terracing with ample sun loungers.  An outside terrace is equipped with dining furniture and a stone built barbecue, the ideal place for dining al fresco.  There is also table tennis and a children’s play area with swings and slide available for guests’ use.
