Just over three miles from the pretty ‘bastide’ towns of Eymet and Miramont de Guyenne for a good choice of shops and restaurants, and three miles from St Pardoux Isaac for everyday shops and supermarket. Riding at Serignac, 10 minutes drive away. About 17 miles south of Bergerac and its vineyards and within easy reach of Bordeaux vineyards, such as Saint Emilion. Just over an hours drive to Sarlat and many other places of interest along the Dordogne valley.

This former farm is beautifully set in a broad valley in some 40 acres of land, well off the beaten track. The English owners have a detached cottage next door, which is completely self contained. A large barn opposite the house provides an excellent covered games area with basket ball net, football net and table tennis. The large enclosed pool (12x6m) just below the house is bordered by garden with areas of lawn, shrubs and flowers, with meadows beyond and a pond for fishing Plenty of garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. A covered gallery along the front of the house provides welcome shade and is perfect for ‘al fresco’ dining.

Farmhouse kitchen with large table, very well equipped for keen cooks with a cooking range with four hotplates, ceramic hob and two ovens, as well as microwave, toaster, large American fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher and wood burning stove. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs around a fireplace with wood burner and has satellite TV with English channels, DVD and video player and CD player; it leads through to a playroom/fifth bedroom with one single and one double bed. A door from the kitchen leads to the east wing of the house, with four good sized bedrooms, two doubles and two twins, all with uninterrupted views over the countryside, one bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and wc and another bathroom with wc and a separate wc. Utility room with washing machine, sink, iron and board and extra fridge. One set of bed linen and one towel per person per week included.
