This recently built villa enjoys an exceptional situation overlooking Valbonne and just a 10 minute walk to the centre of the village.

The furnishings lend an oriental flavour to this modern villa. It is very well designed for comfortable family living and to maximise the lovely views over Valbonne. The wonderful first floor dining terrace is an ideal setting to relax with a glass of chilled wine. On July 14th, the terrace has the best view of the spectacular evening fireworks display.

A popular village, Valbonne has a good selection of restaurants, local shops and artisan galleries within its narrow streets. There is a small market each Friday and a large, lively antiques market one Sunday a month. Cannes and the beach are just 20 mins, as is the perfume town of Grasse.

First floor: Mezannine office (High speed Internet, fax, photocopy machine, computer) exit to sun terrace with views over Valbonne and an olive grove to the rear of the property, twin bedroom (0.90m), integral shower.
Lower ground floor: Sauna and gym, shower and WC.
Grounds: Landscaped, terraced grounds, ample parking. Large first floor sun terrace with covered dining area, summer kitchen, barbecue. Petanque area. Jet-stream pool with seating ledge and beach entry.
