This modern detached house with character is approached via a rough track about 300m long, in places quite steep and not suitable for low-slung cars. The villa is set in very large grounds, on a wooded hillside below a ruined château, with views over the valley. Lawned garden with bamboo-roofed loggia giving shade; built-in BBQ. Solar-heated secure walled pool 10 x 4 x 1.5m depth with security gate. The owner has made a ravine, on other side of pool wall, with a stream running down to a small pond; however, in summer the water flow is much reduced. Illuminated boules area for competitive fun after dinner! Tennis court on site but surface is not in perfect condition. Table tennis on request from keyholder.
