San Ferreol is in an exceptional site of many acres in the protected valley of the Siagne, 2km from the ancient, charming village of St Cezaire and only 10km from Grasse. The property is approached down a steep track and has two independent parts. The main house has lovely terraces, spacious and comfortable living accommodation and two bedrooms each with a bathroom. In the well-kept gardens is a stone cottage with kitchenette and two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom/wc. The kidney-shaped swimming pool (10m x 5m x 2m deep) is situated on a wide terrace in the gardens between the two buildings. Apart from the excellence of the accommodation, the large site is a real haven of natural beauty. The grounds, of olive groves, run down to the river Siagne, making walking and fishing a delight.

Entry of the main house is from the large parking area to the living room which is spacious, light and comfortably furnished. This room is the centre of the house and has a large well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. To one side a passageway (with a washing machine) leads to a twin bedroom and a bathroom/wc, and to the other side is a very large double bedroom with a sitting area and a second bathroom/wc. All rooms have access to the exterior where there is a superb terrace ideal for eating out, sunbathing and relaxing. The house has heating and a telephone. Off the car parking area is a specially constructed boules area for lovers of petanque. The gardens, with large grassy areas with flowers and trees, are terraced and lead to the kidney-shaped pool with its own terrace and thence to the separate stone cottage. This is an independent building with kitchenette and two twin bedrooms each with its own bathroom/wc and its own entry – there is a communicating interior door which can be locked to provide privacy for each.

Outside the period 1/7–8/9, the main house only can be rented at reduced rates (ie excluding the separate cottage which remains empty)

In high season (21.07 - 30.08) the property is available for minimum 2 weeks.
