This typical Provençal house is in a magni-ficent position dominating nearly 2000m2 of land full of grassy areas and fruit and olive trees. The house itself, built on a sloping part of the land, has an attractive garden area with lawns, many flowers and shrubs as well as a south facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool (10m x 5m x 2.9m deep). There is a petanque court in the side garden. Below this area, the caretaker lives in a studio that is part of the house but with its own independent entrance.
Not far is the fascinating village of St Cezaire, well known for its Roman origins, its excellent shops, restaurants and weekly market. Also nearby, is the town of Grasse famous for its perfumes, and the coast of the Côte d'Azur with its famous beaches and towns such as Cannes and Antibes.
Entry is by the front door into an attractive hallway that extends through the centre of the house giving access to the attractively furnished dining room and sitting room (with a collection of stuffed hunting trophies), the well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a separate WC, and a bathroom with bath and shower plus washing machine.
The kitchen, dining room and sitting room all have glazed doors opening onto the front and side terraces. The hallway also gives access to three bedrooms (two double, one with en-suite shower room and TV plus DVD player, and one twin), and to a staircase that leads down to a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The front terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, has a built-in barbecue. There is ample parking area.
