The villa is perched on the cliffs with dramatic sea views and grounds descending steeply to the seafront below where a delightful terrace awaits for sunbathing. Relax in the shade of a large pine tree and take occasional dips into the cool sea water.

A swimming pool is planned for 2007, set on the seafront terrace with a new pool house and summer kitchen.

This coastline is a mixture of rugged cliffs, small coves, sandy beaches and small port towns. Nearby Sanary-sur-Mer has many restaurants to choose from. Just 4 miles further along the coast is Bandol, considered to have the chic of St. Tropez without the crowds. With windsurfing at Les Lecques, motor racing at Castellet and tennis in Sanary, there will never be a dull moment for the active holidaymaker.
