This amazing French rental villa near Boulouris has a fascinating history. In 1860, architect Chapoulard, renowned for his Moorish villas on the Cote d' Azur, built two astonishingly beautiful properties set in individual, lush gardens along the seafront between Cannes and St Tropez. Due to their location and historical importance, they are among the few listed properties on the Riviera which are open to the privileged few who seek comfort, calm and luxury.
Symphonie des Artistes is set slightly back from the seafront with beautifully manicured lawns leading gently down to the sea. Inside, the high ceilings and grand windows create a wonderfully light, airy ambience.
The small local village of Boulouris, just 30 minutes from Cannes and St Tropez, boasts many good restaurants, bars and cafes. It is just 5 minutes from the larger town of St Raphael. Dotted along this coastline are numerous sandy beaches interspersed with secretive rocky creeks.
This French rental villa near Boulouris is set within its own private grounds, but an access gate can be opened between the two grounds for groups wishing to book both villas. They share a private port and boat house.

Fully equipped kitchen. 4 twin/double bedrooms , all air-conditioned, all with ensuite multi-jet showers , all with WC. Double bedroom with 1.80m four-poster bed, air-conditioning, ensuite jacuzzi bathroom and WC.
First floor: Double bedroom suite , air-conditioned with wonderful sea views and private terrace, jacuzzi bathroom and WC. Double bedroom with private terrace, shower and WC. These two bedrooms are inter-connecting and the second can only be accessed through the first, or via an external staircase.
Single bedroom with sea view, shower room , accessed via separate stairs from kitchen.
Second floor towers: Double bedroom , air-conditioning, ensuite multi-jet shower room , WC. This bedroom is accessed via the large roof terrace between the two towers with a splendid view of the sea. Large heated Jacuzzi, hammam, solarium , guest WC.
Grounds: Lush, mature, well manicured gardens leading down to the seafront. Large covered dining terrace and summer kitchen alongside pool with 2 WC. Access gate between Symphonie des Artistes and Symphonie des Auteurs will be closed unless both properties are booked together. Shared use of private port and boathouse.

Maid service: 2 hours per day Monday-Friday included.
Extras: Telephone/Wi-Fi internet, pool heating. Boat and yacht hire available. The rental price is fully inclusive of air-conditioning and winter heating. A local City Tax of €1.23 per person per night will be charged locally on departure.
Damage deposits may vary between bookings and lengths of stay, the rate of £3000 should be taken as approximate but may increase. You will be notified at time of booking if this is the case.
Location: Boulouris 2 mins walk. St Raphael 5 mins drive. St Tropez and Cannes 30 mins. Sailing, water-skiing, scuba-diving, canoeing, kayaking available locally.
