St Raphael rental villas - In 1860, architect Chapoulard, renowned for his Moorish villas on the Cote d' Azur, built two astonishingly beautiful properties set in individual, lush gardens along the seafront between Cannes and St Tropez. Due to their location and historical importance, they are among the few listed properties on the Côte d'Azur which are open to the privileged few who seek comfort, calm and luxury.
Inside each, the high ceilings and grand windows create a wonderfully light, airy ambience.
The small local village of Boulouris, just 30 minutes from Cannes and St Tropez, boasts many good restaurants, bars and cafes. It is just 5 minutes from the larger town of St Raphael. Dotted along this coastline are numerous sandy beaches interspersed with secretive rocky creeks.

Ground floor: Living/dining room , air-conditioned, high ceilings and grand windows opening onto a terrace. Separate bathroom, WC. This living area and bathroom converts to a grand double bedroom suite for parties of 19. Fully equipped kitchen. 5 twin/double bedrooms, all air-conditioned, 1 with ensuite Jacuzzi bathroom, 4 with ensuite multi-jet showers, all with WC.
First floor: Double bedroom suite , air-conditioned with wonderful sea views and private terrace, jacuzzi bathroom and WC. Double bedroom with private terrace, shower and WC. These two bedrooms are inter-connecting and the second can only be accessed through the first, or via an external staircase. Single bedroom with, sea view, shower room, accessed via separate stairs from kitchen.
Second floor towers: Double bedroom, air-conditioning, ensuite multi-jet shower room, WC. This bedroom is accessed via the large roof terrace between the two towers with a splendid view of the sea. Large heated Jacuzzi, Hammam, Solarium . Guest WC.

First floor: Twin/double bedroom suite (2 x 0.90m or 1 x 1.80m) with private terrace and fantastic panoramic views over the sea, adjoining room with double sofa bed – ideal for children, dressing area, marbled bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and multi-jet shower and separate WC. 2 large double bedrooms (1.80m four-poster beds) with ensuite Jacuzzi bathrooms and one with a separate WC.
