The villa itself is a Provencal style Mas, furnished with antiques and retaining its traditional tiled floors. It is surrounded by terraces and an absolutely beautiful mature garden which has been lovingly nurtured to provide a blaze of summer flowers, bougainvilleas, roses, olive trees and rosemary bushes.

The garden is only partially fenced and the house contains numerous antiques, we would not recommend this property for children under 12.

Ground floor: Sitting/dining room with sea view, fireplace (CD). Kitchen, door to terrace with covered dining area and sun canopy, steps down to pool. Small salon with piano and day bed (TV) leads to Double bedroom (1.60m), French doors to terrace with sea views, ensuite bathroom with WC & 2nd separate WC.

Spiral stairs to lower garden floor: Double bedroom (1.40m), door to garden. Separate bathroom. Guest WC. Twin/double bedroom (2 x 0.90m), door to garden. Childs twin or double bedroom (2 x 0.80m) with French doors to garden, ensuite shower room, WC.

Grounds: Well maintained, partially enclosed gardens with exotic flora, small fish pond (partially enclosed). Several terraces, barbecue.
