The modern villa is bright and airy with large windows overlooking the bay. It is furnished to a high standard, and is an ideal base from which to enjoy this lovely coastline from the Italian border at Menton along to Cannes or beyond.

Villefranche has a selection of restaurants and shops, and a weekly antiques market on Sundays. Monaco, with its famous Casino at Monte Carlo is just 20 minutes away by car, or you may prefer to let the train take the strain; the train station at Villefranche is just 10 minutes walk from the villa, and the coastal line runs from Monaco to St. Tropez.

Twin bedroom (0.90m) overlooking garden and pool. Bathroom, separate WC. On this floor is a further small bedroom (suitable for a child) where a collapsible bed can be added.

Grounds: Totally enclosed. Large terrace for external dining, barbecue, sun canopy, wonderful, uninterrupted view of the bay. Parking for 1 car.
