Le Repos du Lac is a delightful family home set in woodland and enjoying beautiful views over Lake St. Cassien. It is furnished in traditional country style with a warm, welcoming ambience. The terrace is a super area for alfresco meals, whilst enjoying splendid views over forested hills to the lake.

There is much to do and explore in this area. Lake St. Cassien has a variety of water activities. The nearby hilltop villages of Montauroux and Fayence are a delight to explore, and equally accessible is the lively perfume town of Grasse and the hustle and bustle of the coast.

Ground floor: Living room, fireplace, two French doors extend to an outdoor dining terrace with views to the lake (TV/Video/CD/DVD). Open tread stairs. Open plan Dining Room/Kitchen, French door to balcony and garden. Country style kitchen Guest WC. Master bedroom (1.80m) French doors to terrace with lake view, ensuite bathroom, WC. Twin bedroom (0.90m), French doors to terrace with lake view. Separate bathroom.
Lower ground level: Both rooms on this level have external access only from the pool area:
Double bedroom (1.60m) opens onto small covered terrace and pool area, ensuite shower room, WC. Split level childrens bedroom (4 x 0.90m beds), integral shower, WC. Ideal for young teenagers.
Grounds: Large terraced grounds with pine and oak trees. Shaped swimming pool, terrace. Pool house with covered dining area, summer kitchen, barbecue and pizza oven. Table tennis. Please note there is an automatic cleaning robot in the pool which must not be removed. Tennis court nearby (approx €20 per week) - please let us know if you would like to play tennis.
