Description
Just over two miles from Vidauban where you will find everything you need in the way of shopping, bars and restaurants. Within easy access of the Mediterranean, St Tropez a 45 minute drive and Frejus about twenty minutes via the motorway. Aix en Provence is about an hour’s drive.
Set on a hillside above Vidauban, in a quiet residential area, scattered with pine trees. The villa has a terrace to the front with garden furniture, retractable sun awning and barbecue, overlooking the oval swimming pool (10x4m) and a balcony at the back running the length of the house and overlooking the valley. Behind the pool is a lawn with swings for the children. The owner, who normally leaves some ‘goodies’ in the fridge to welcome you, has an apartment on a lower level of the villa, at the back, which is completely self-contained, with separate driveway and entrance. Parking beside the villa is up a short steep slope.

Provencal style kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Three bedrooms, a double, a double with en suite shower room wc, and a twin. (A second bed can be added to one of the doubles on request, but maximum of six people applies). Bathroom with basin and separate wc. Washing machine. Cot and high chair. Bed linen and towels included.
