Set at the end of a quiet country lane, only about three miles from the popular town of Lorgues, with its colourful market on Tuesdays and plenty of shops, including two supermakets, bars, restaurants and tennis courts. Le Thoronet with its famous abbey, Carces with its lake are also within 15 minutes drive, as is the motorway, giving easy access for day trips to Aix en Provence, Cannes and Nice all about 90 minutes drive. The coast at St Maxime and St Raphael are also easily reached being about 25 miles away, with St Tropez slightly further, and of course plenty of vineyards to visit in the vicinity.

Built on the side of a hill, in peaceful wooded surroundings dotted with similar houses. Accessed up stone steps at each side of the house, one set leading to the main door, the other to the swimming pool (10x5m) surrounded by a sunny terrace, with plenty of garden furniture. Overlooking the pool is a covered terrace with table and chairs, and a built in barbecue. At the far end of the pool is a wooded area with table and chairs under the trees.
