Lost in wooded countryside under three miles from the lively and popular village of Lorgues. Here there is a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The Provencal market on Tuesday is one of the best in the area. Close by are the beautiful villages of Le Thoronet, Cotignac and Carces, also the stunning hilltop villages of Aups and Fox-Amphoux. Only an hour’s drive away is the stylish and vibrant Cote d’Azur where St Tropez is an experience not to be missed. About an hour’s drive is the historical and picturesque town of Aix en Provence and only slightly further is Nice. There are plenty of vineyards to visit in the vicinity.

The gardens are pleasantly set out with rough lawns dotted with pine trees, shrubs and bushes. Several terraces, one vine covered with garden furniture and a large tiled table under a big oak tree. Built in barbecue. The swimming pool (14x4m) is set slightly away from the house.

Long living room with doors to the terrace, sofa, armchairs, dining table and television. All part of the same room, but set aside, are two further small seating areas. Kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and two fridge/freezers. Off this is a utility room with washing machine. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, basin and wc. Separate hallway with shower leading off, with basin and separate wc, and mezzanine double bedroom above. Upstairs are two double bedrooms each with en suite shower room, basin and wc. All the double bedrooms have beds which are two single mattresses on a double base. Bed linen included.
