This pretty Lorgues village house has a lovely country feel yet is just 4 minutes walk from the main street of Lorgues with its bars, restaurants and shops. Built in a horseshoe creating a lovely south facing courtyard terrace, it is beautifully decorated and furnished.
The village of Lorgues is in the Var region; an unspoilt area of forested hills dotted with interesting medieval villages such as Cotignac, Salernes and Villecroze, all within easy reach of this Lorgues village house. Worth particular mention are Tourtour, known as the village in the sky, and Entrecasteaux with its marvellous chateau and gardens. There is a fabulous 12th century Cistercian monastery just 15 minutes away, the Abbey de Thoronet.
The Gorge du Verdon is considered to be one of the most spectacular in Europe and offers plenty of opportunity for canoeing, kayaking, white water rafting, rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking. The vast Lac de Ste Croix has lovely beaches and yet more watersports. There are 2 good 18 hole golf courses within 30 mins of this Lorgues village house.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room , open fireplace, French doors to covered terrace, kitchen , door to rear garden, study/sitting room (sofabed for 6th person on request) (ADSL internet) leading to Master double bedroom (1.40m), French doors to courtyard terrace, ensuite bathroom , WC, single bedroom (0.90m), shower room , WC.
External access from courtyard to separate studio: Kitchenette/sitting area, shower room WC, twin bedroom (0.90m).
Grounds: Small enclosed garden (no lawn) with mature mulberry trees. Outdoor dining, barbecue, courtyard sun terrace and covered terrace. Please note: 2 cats live in the house and grounds. The caretaker will come each day to feed them.

Maid service: 3 hours on Saturdays only included.
