Villa Lantanas is situated in a calm residential area, in the countryside just outside Le Rouret village. The delightful, mature garden has oak, palm and lemon trees and large level lawns with loads of space for children to play.

Furnished in a traditional style, the villa is well maintained and welcoming. It is built on one level, although there are some steps from the covered dining terrace to the pool, which has unusual red brick paving.

The village of Le Rouret has some local shops and a colourful, weekly vegetable market. The larger village of Valbonne is within 5 miles for a wider selection of shops and excellent restaurants.

The delights of Cannes and the Mediterranean beaches are a short drive, whilst the perfume town of Grasse is 7 miles, where you can visit the perfume factories and maybe purchase your favourite perfume at a reduced price!
