Spread over three floors, Mas St Christophe has been beautifully restored to provide a very modern interior with a distinct oriental feel, contrasting with the traditional exterior and mature grounds planted with large cypress trees – one of which is 400 years old.

Set high in the hills behind the coastline, the town of Grasse is known as the perfume capital of the world, an industry which has grown from the abundance of natural flora and fauna in the area. There are perfume factory museums open to the public. The old town pedestrian centre has a variety of cafes and restaurants around a traditional market square.

First floor: Master double bedroom (1.60m),(TV, DVD), 5 windows with sea and mountain views, dressing room, ensuite bathroom, WC. Study (fax machine).
Second floor: Double bedroom (1.60m), sea view, ensuite shower room, WC, double bedroom (1.60m), seating area, (TV, DVD), sea view, ensuite shower, WC.
Grounds: Enclosed, mature grounds with steep, unfenced terraces - care with young children. Lawn area. The large pool has a salt filtration system and is on an upper level with wonderful views across the countryside, to the sea. Beautiful poolhouse with living area, summer kitchen, WC and shower, barbecue. Caretakers live independently in a cottage which is not visible from the main house. Full air-conditioning.
