This single storey villa is compact but ideal for a small family wishing to enjoy the local facilities offered on the domaine whilst being within easy driving distance of the many fascinating towns and villages of this part of the Cote d' Azur.
Carefully furnished throughout, this stylish villa is equipped with all modern conveniences, including air-conditioning in the living areas. The garden is small but well planned and planted with cactus, olive trees and magnolia.
The domaine offers fantastic facilities free of charge (with payment of a refundable deposit). This includes a large picturesque lake area, two tennis courts, two swimming pools, volley ball, table tennis, basketball and a boules court. A swimming instructor is present during the season. The nearest beach is at Cannes, just 7.5 miles away.

Extras: There is no telephone at the villa. Air-conditioning included. Activities on the domaine are free to guests at Le Sonnet, but a refundable damage deposit of €50 is payable for their use.
