Le Pressoir is a spacious property situated in private, terraced olive groves, with a wealth of mature trees leading to a woodland which serves as the backdrop to the property.

With views over the Vale of Grasse towards the distant Mediterranean, you are ideally situated for peace and quiet, yet the ‘joie de vivre’ of the Riviera's coast and towns are easily accessible. The villages of Peymeinade and Cabris, as well as Grasse frequently host festivals during the summer months.

This is a house of great character with its beamed ceilings and rich, patterned terracotta floors, enhanced by stylish fabrics and furnishings.

There are plenty of areas to relax: seek shade under the boughs of an old tree on the front terrace, dine under a covered terrace near the pool, or bask in the sun on the large lawn. There is somewhere to enjoy sun or shade throughout the day.

Some of the garden is terraced, so care with young children. The entrance lodge on the lower level may be occupied, it is away from the main house and does not intrude in any way.
