Modern villa near Cotignac - Seraphin is a modern, beautifully decorated villa just outside the village of Cotignac. The villa is built around a central courtyard and swimming pool with most rooms opening onto this delightful area. In the summer months, the terrace is a blaze of vibrant colour with many carefully maintained flower pots and tubs.
High in the hills of the Var region, Cotignac offers a selection of shops and restaurants. There are many beautiful towns and villages in the vicinity; Tourtour, known as the ' village in the sky' with breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. Entrecasteaux with its marvelous chateau and gardens and the 12 th century Cistercian monastery, Abbey de Thoronet. Further afield, the town of Lorgues hosts the best market in the area each Tuesday, and you can' t leave without enjoying an evening meal in Aups, truffle capital of Provence.
Lac de Ste Croix and the spectacular Gorge du Verdon are only 40 minutes drive for wind surfing, sailing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, canoeing, kayaking and white water rafting.

Grounds: Courtyard swimming pool with large covered dining terrace and summer kitchen. Barbecue. Ample parking. The owners live to the rear of the property with their own private entrance.

Maid service: 6 hours each Wednesday and Saturday (2 personnel each do 3 hours).
