The Residence is in the heart of a garden full of Mediterranean trees, in the residential area of La Croix des Gardes. Built round a mansion, the Residence consists of 1 or 2 levels, with a line of columns, terraced roofs and pastel facades. In the residence, the La Croix des Gardes quarter surrounds the pool and has many spots offering a sweeping view of Cannes Bay, the Lérins Islands and the red rocks of the Estérel. The beach is 1 km away (paying shuttle service available).

- Rental of deckchairs and mattresses : From 15/06/06 to 15/09/06, Full day: 6 euros - ½ day: 3 euros (subject to availability). Free of charge during other periods.
