Location
Les Chomettes is a magnificent apartment set in the exclusive Croix des Gardes area of Cannes. The property faces south overlooking the seafront of Cannes with views stretching from the Lerins islands to Theoule. The Residence is a large crescent shaped apartment block in a park which features a variety of trees, plants and well kept gardens. The elevated position is set back from the main road and offers peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. A large 20 metres x 30 metres swimming pool is located within the gardens. The pool has roman steps and is surrounded by a large number of sun loungers. Also within the grounds is a tennis court which is free for residents.
Accommodation
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of block B. The fifth floor is used by only one other apartment ensuring very easy use of the lift. The entrance hall leads to a large and light open plan sitting room and dining room, with glass sliding doors giving access to the South-facing balcony. The room is well furnished in classic French style with a large library of books. Marble flooring is complemented by oriental rugs.
To the left of the entrance hall is a well equipped kitchen and includes an electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is light and spacious and faces Northwest and the Maritimes Alpes.
The first bedroom features a double bed. Access to the South terrace is by the large glass sliding door. Ensuite is a bathroom with a separate wc. The second bedroom has two single beds with an adjacent bathroom with bath shower and wc. Large sliding doors open out onto a Northwest-facing terrace. Both bedrooms are spacious and feature writing tables together with ample cupboard space. Air-conditioning is also available.

The apartment features television and video, and its own underground garage. There is also outside parking space. The property features caretaker's services, together with electronic gates and entrance to the garage. Within 600 metres is a bakery, small supermarket, newsagent and restaurant. The centre of Cannes, the Croisette seafront and the old port are all less than 3 kilometres away. Nearby are the golf courses of Mandelieu and Mougins. Access to the A8 motorway is a ten minute drive, with easy access to Nice airport, Monaco and the many other special places along the Riviera.
