L’Etoile de Mer is a spacious and comfortable villa enjoying a stunning position overlooking the sea and the Iles de Lérins between Cannes and Antibes.

The famous ‘Croisette’ in Cannes is just 5 miles away with chic cafes, a glorious stretch of sandy beach and glitzy nightlife. The promenade at Juan Les Pins is the ideal place for an evening stroll. The charming old town of Antibes has narrow streets with restaurants, pavement cafes, shops and a medieval castle, now devoted to the works of Picasso.

This is a region of contrast. A drive along the coast road is an ideal way to see the beautiful Cote d’Azur coastline, or take the coastal train between Monaco and Frejus. Inland from Cannes is the perfume town of Grasse and from there you can follow the mountain road past the Gorge du Loup to Vence. A butterfly museum, children’s farm, aquasplash, marineland and Luna Park are all easily accessible.

Lower ground floor – external access only: Double bedroom (1.40m), french door to lower garden, ensuite bathroom, WC. There is a sixth bedroom on this level (double 1.40m bed & ensuite shower, WC) but it is situated next to the pool filtration system so could be noisy during the day – this bedroom is not included in our accommodation, but may be made available on request.
Grounds: Steeply terraced grounds. Stone steps lead from the parking area down to the villa entrance. Covered dining terrace, summer kitchen, barbecue. Parking for 2 cars.

Maid service: 3 hours per week included.
