This villa is the epitome of good taste and originality. It has been designed by its creative owners to enhance the spellbinding views over the bay of Porto Vecchio. From the living area and bedrooms, French windows give access to the spacious front terrace - so no matter where you are the views can be admired.

To ensure that nothing could interfere with their Corsican haven, the owners brought an acre of land to build their home, so there is a feeling of space throughout. It will be hard to tear yourselves away from such a relaxing retreat even though the golden sands of Cala Rossa and St Cyprien beach are only a short drive away. One of the best restaurants in the Porto Vecchio area, “L’Oree du Maquis”, is within easy walking distance from the villa, and Porto Vecchio with its pretty citadel town and port is only 4km drive.

The front door opens into the spacious living room area with the kitchen at one end. The air-conditioned living room has two attractive leather sofas, coffee table and beside the stone fireplace are the TV, video and stereo. A short corridor leads to the two spacious bedrooms both with air-conditioning; one has a double bed, the other has two single beds plus a fold down bed (please request in advance); each has French doors leading to the terrace and sea views. There is a shower room/WC beside the bedrooms and a second shower room/WC is opposite the front door.

The modern kitchen has a large wooden table seating 6 people and is fully equipped with cooking rings, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. French windows from the living area and bedrooms lead onto the spacious front terrace which has an electric awning for shade, outside seating and a barbecue. Below the house is the storage area with a washing machine.

The 9.5m x 5.5m fall away swimming pool and jacuzzi is reached by steps from the terrace that has loungers and parasols.
