This spacious, comfortable villa boasts a spellbinding location in an exclusive area. The views from the upper terrace are outstanding, taking in the bay of Portigliolo and the island’s capital Ajaccio. Only 1.5km away is the sandy bay of Portigliolo; try your hand at windsurfing or sailing at the club open in the high season. Chez Mico at the far end of the bay is a recommended lunch spot or a short drive takes you to the turquoise bay of ‘Plage d’Argent’ where you can hire sunbeds or eat in one of the two beachside restaurants. The closest beach is only 900m from the house, so it is easy to walk there.
There are tennis courts available for rental in Portigliolo and an excellent selection of restaurants ranging from beach to gastronomic located along the coastline from Portigliolo to Porticcio; try La Bergerie and Le Belvedere both a short drive from the villa.
The nearby forest of Coti-Chiavari is a popular area for walking and horseriding. Porticcio, 25 minutes drive, has supermarkets, shops and restaurants; cosmopolitan Ajaccio is only 35 minutes.

The partially shaded front terrace is reached by steps from the pool area and gives access to the open-plan living area with lounge plus dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and cooking rings. An archway separates the kitchen from the lounge/dining room area with dining table and chairs, comfortable furnishings arranged around a pretty fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, stereo plus telephone and views out to sea.                                                                              A short corridor from the living room leads to two twin bedrooms, and a double bedroom (all with sea views), plus a shower room/WC. A staircase from the living room leads to the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room with hairdryer, a separate WC and a balcony with superb sea views.   

A separate apartment is accessed from the pool area and can be rented for an extra charge; this has a kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, double bedroom, shower room/wc plus lounge area with TV.                                              

Behind the villa is an outdoor terrace and gardens. In front of the villa is a terrace with recliners plus the 8 m x 4 m swimming pool.
