Description
Situated in the hamlet of La Loge aux Chèvres, five miles from Vendeuvre, which is ideal for local shops, markets and supermarket. This unspoilt region is an oasis of forest, flora and fauna. The lake of Orient is good for swimming, sailing and watersports as well as being a natural ornithological reserve with observation points. Twenty miles away, Troyes, the old city of the lords of Champagne has a wealth of architecture and churches with beautiful stained glass windows. Follow the Champagne route from Bar sur Aube to Bar sur Seine through villages surrounded by the famous vines and beautiful scenery.
The rural hamlet of ten farmhouses and barns is at the edge of the magnificent forest of Orient. It is ideal for anyone who wishes to cycle the numerous paths through the woods and around the lake. It has a lawned garden which backs onto fields and pastures. There is garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.

The open plan kitchen has four hotplates, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. There is a shower room with two washbasins and wc, a further shower room with washbasin and washing machine. Upstairs, two double bedrooms and one larger bedroom with two single beds and one double bed. There is a wc and washbasin. Electricity above 50kw is payable locally. Bed linen included.
