Description
Keryoualler is ideally situated an easy 600 yard walk via a private path to the beach at Pendruc, two miles from Trégunc for everyday shopping and six miles from Concarneau.
This is one of seven traditionally Breton cottages situated on a former farm. Each with its own garden area with barbecue and garden furniture, and set in spacious grounds, ideal for children to play in safety. The houses have been tastefully converted and are furnished in rustic style, often with genuine Breton antiques. Shared fenced off and heated swimming pool, with sun loungers. Between L’Ecurie and La Grange; full of character.

Comfortably furnished living room with sofa and two armchairs, large open fireplace, TV, DVD and CD player and dining area furnished in rustic style. Open plan fitted kitchen at one end of the living room with gas hob, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, double sink and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with wc and a washing machine just outside. Upstairs under the eaves are two large bedrooms, one double and one triple. Cot and high chair available on request. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally. Wednesday changeover.
