Keryoualler is ideally situated an easy 600 yard walk via a private path to the beach at Pendruc, two miles from Trégunc for everyday shopping and six miles from Concarneau.

This is one of seven traditionally Breton cottages situated on a former farm. Each has its own garden area with barbecue and garden furniture, and set in spacious grounds, ideal for children to play in safety. The houses have been tastefully converted and are furnished in rustic style, often with genuine Breton antiques. Shared, fenced off and heated swimming pool, with sun loungers. Just a stone’s throw from the swimming pool and next to La Cheminée.

This end cottage has on the ground floor a living room with sofa and armchair, TV, DVD/CD player, dining table and chairs, fridge/freezer, a small kitchen with mixed gas/electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, and a bathroom with wc. Stairs lead from the living room to three bedrooms on the first floor, a single, a double and a twin and bathroom with wc. Cot and high chair available on request. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
