The property has been fully restored and is surrounded by classic Tuscan scenery including cypresses, oaks and olive groves and is an ideal base from which to explore the best of Tuscany; San Gimignano and its famous towers are a short drive whilst Siena is less than half an hour, Florence is possible in forty five minutes.
The property has antique handmade tiles on the floors, chestnut ceiling beams and is furnished throughout in a classic Tuscan style. Every bedroom has been individually named, each with ensuite bathroom or shower room, air conditioning, mosquito nets and safe, all with good views.
The local area surrounding the villa is ideal for trekking and bird watching, whilst nearby it is possible to partake in a variety of activities including golf, tennis, fishing, and horse riding. The welcoming owners live in a neighbouring property and are available as required for client requests.
