Description
Close to the medieval port town of La Roche Bernard, five miles away on the river Vilaine. Here you will find a good choice of shops, restaurants and other facilities, whilst there are local shops in Saint Dolay two and a half miles away. The nearest beach is about 15 miles drive, whilst the fashionable resort of La Baule with its magificent beach, shops and excellent restaurants is about 25 miles away. Top quality golf course at the Château de la Bretesche seven miles away, and riding just over six miles away.
Set in unspoilt, open countryside, the house is part of a very large estate. It stands in its own spacious private grounds, with a large courtyard garden in front, and lawns behind and to the side, where there is a private swimming pool (5x11m), swings, garden furniture and barbecue. There is a separate cottage at one end with its own entrance and garden.
