Just over a mile from the small town of Riec sur Belon for shops and restaurants and some six miles from the sandy beaches of Trenez and Kerfany. Within easy reach of the pretty town of Pont Aven, a favourite haunt of artists at the head of the Aven estuary.
Quietly situated at the end of a cul de sac in some 40 acres of private land bordered by the river Dour Du. One of two adjoining cottages with its own private area of garden with garden furniture and barbecue, surrounded by fields.
