The road up to Villa Nayia Paradise from Paphos winds up through banana plantations and fruit orchards to the property, which is set in a prominent location on 12 acres of private land. From here you have sweeping views across the countryside and down to the sea and the villa benefits from slightly cooler temperatures, which are very welcome in the hot summer months, due its elevated position. The village of Kissonerga is within walking distance and offers a selection of tavernas and shops and a 5 minute drive will take you up to Tala, a beautiful unspoilt village with the 12th century monastery of St Neophytos just beyond. The beaches are just 10 mins drive away, as is the bustling resort of Paphos, with its excellent choice of restaurants and shops. This property will offer a very high standard of comfort: marble floors, comfortable furnishings and a superbly equipped kitchen, as well as a large pool, 12 x 6 x 1.20-1.80m, set in extensive gardens with tropical plants, which you can enjoy from the covered veranda.
