The bay of Stiniva is a lovely, unspoilt spot on the north west of Korcula just 10km from Vela Luka. This property has views to the sea: in one direction to the Island of Hvar and in the other to the Peljesac peninsular. Only 50 metres away you have direct access to a beach via a small footpath; here it is peaceful and unspoilt.
The nearest shop and restaurants are in Vela Luka which is about 8km from the house and provides a number of restaurants as well as a quiet lively seafront lined with bars and cafés all overlooking the colourful harbour. Restaurants such as ‘Pod Stine’, ‘Feral’, ‘Lucica’ and ‘Ribar’ are all good; but there are plenty of others providing good local food, notably grilled meat and fish served with copious salads. The last 2km approach to the property is on an unsurfaced but reliable road.

You enter into this simple house from the garden which lies on 700m2 of ground; a path leads you down through some olive trees which grow below the house to the rocky beach which has a little pebble beach to one side. You enter a living/dining room with a sofa, TV plus dining table to seat 4. On your left is a double bedroom and a shower room/WC; on your right is a small kitchen equipped with cooker and fridge. There is a large terrace with dining table, a barbecue and an outside shower. A few steps leads down to a twin bedroom; on that floor is a separate WC which can only be entered from the outside.

Getting there: Sunday arrival at Dubrovnik. Transit time by road and ferry is 3 hours.
