Villa Karmen is situated on elevated position from which stretch beautiful views across the crytal clear sea towards the Island of Korcula. This is a quality property, tastefully decorated, in exceptional surroundings; it is only 250 metres from a long pebble beach, ideal for swimming and sunbathing - and from here you can walk (10 minutes) along the lovely seaside promenade that takes you into the delightful centre of Orebic.

Only 250 metres from Villa Karmen is the small family run 'Hotel Indian' which is run by a friend of the owner of Villa Karmen and sits right on the beach. Here you can enjoy your meals served on its splendid open terrace in the excellent a la carte restaurant; alternatively you can use the Hotel's facilities (payable locally)such as small gym, jacuzzi, sauna and indoor swimming pool with sliding glass roof.

Villa Karmen is surrounded by a spacious natural garden and is split into two floors.A very friendly, discreet owner lives on the groundfloor which has its own separate entrance; on the first floor are two apartments for Croatian Affair clients. In front of the house there is a 9m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps and outside shower, plus wonderful views out to sea. Behind the property is a garden area with stone made tables and a barbecue shared by the guests.

Apartment B (sleeps 2/4). You enter this air conditioned apartment into the living/dining room; this has a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, satellite TV, and dining table and chairs. Open-plan to this is the kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave and fridge. Off here is a double bedroom and a bathroom/wc with jacuzzi and washing machine. All rooms face out to sea.
