This splendid villa is built in modern, Mediterranean style with tasteful and quality furnishings. Facing west, you get wonderful sunset views. A 7m x 3m swimming pool with roman steps and solar outside shower is in front of the house; here you will also find a well cared for garden with rosemary and lavender plus barbecue, table and chairs.

Violet consists of two identical 2 bedroom properties beside each other called Rosemary (sleeps 4/6) and Lavender (sleeps 4/6); each have their own entrance and can be rented separately or together. Each unit is air-conditioned, has living area downstairs with sleeping area upstairs and is laid out as follows. You enter the ground floor into a spacious living/dining area with fireplace and underfloor heating. Here there are a sofa, armchairs, dining table with chairs to seat 6 as well as Satellite TV, DVD, and coffe table; from here you have access to the pool area. Open-plan to this is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and cooker; on the same level is a separate wc. Upstairs are two bedrooms; one with double bed and balcony, and one with two single beds each of which have another bed that pulls out from underneath. Each bedroom has a bathroom/WC.

Getting there: Saturday arrival at Split. Transfer by road and ferry 2 hours.
